Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Flux Visuals ("Flux") is sold by the seller below. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that seller, and "you" means the person using the site or Flux.

Seller

Flux Visuals

Sold by an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia

2. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and us. They apply when you use this website, log in, buy a license or use Flux.

By using the site or Flux, you accept these Terms. When you buy, you accept them again at checkout, together with our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the site or Flux.

3. Age

  • You must be 18 or older to buy a license. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you and must make or approve the purchase. By buying, you confirm that this is the case.
  • You log in with Discord, and Discord requires you to be at least 13 (or older, where the law of your country says so).

4. Definitions

  • Flux or the software: the Flux Visuals client, a Fabric mod for Minecraft: Java Edition, including any updates we release.
  • License: the right to use Flux that you buy from us, described in section 5.
  • License key: the code that identifies your license. It is shown in your dashboard and built into your download.
  • Account: your account on this site, which you log in to with Discord.
  • Dashboard: the page on this site that shows your licenses, computers, orders and downloads.
  • Order: one purchase of a plan.
  • Store: our Flux store on SellApp (sell.app), where you buy licenses. The buy buttons on this site open it.
  • Redeem key: the one-time code the store gives you after your purchase, which you redeem for your license (section 10).
  • Consumer: a person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

5. Your license

  • What you buy is a license: the right to use Flux. You do not buy the software itself or a copy of it, and no ownership of Flux passes to you.
  • While your license is active and you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Flux with Minecraft: Java Edition, for your own personal, non-commercial use. We can only end it as these Terms allow (see sections 8, 13, 14 and 22).
  • A license works on one computer, identified by its hardware id ("HWID"), unless your dashboard shows that it allows more.
  • You can move your license to another computer yourself 2 times per 30 days, or the number your dashboard shows. Our staff can reset it in other cases, at their discretion.
  • Flux checks your license with our license server over the internet. It keeps working without a connection to the server for up to 72 hours after its last successful check (a grace period) and then needs to reach the server again (section 14).

6. License rules

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

  • share, lend, sell, resell, rent or give away your license key, your account or your download. Your download contains your key, so sharing the file shares your license;
  • copy, upload, publish or redistribute Flux or any part of it;
  • crack Flux, remove or get around its license check, or use a modified or unofficial copy of it;
  • decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Flux, or try to get its source code, except where the law expressly allows this despite this rule;
  • modify Flux or build other software from it;
  • remove copyright notices or other marks from Flux.

If you break these rules, we can revoke your license and ban your account (section 22).

7. Your account

  • You log in with Discord. An account is for one person only. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Discord account secure.
  • Do not create more accounts to get around a ban or a limit, or to abuse the referral program.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account or your license key.

8. Plans

  • Monthly: 30 days of use for a one-time payment. It is not a subscription: it does not renew automatically and you are never charged again. If you buy Monthly again while you have a Monthly license, 30 days are added to its end date (or to the day you buy, if it has already ended).
  • Lifetime: a one-time payment with no end date while we offer Flux. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer and support Flux. It does not mean for your lifetime or for any fixed period. If we stop offering Flux, we tell you at least 60 days in advance, unless section 14 allows less notice. Wherever we describe a Lifetime license as having "no end date" or "never expiring", or as including updates, it means this. If you buy Lifetime while you have a Monthly license, that license is upgraded and keeps its key.
  • Every plan includes the same modules. The current plans are on the Pricing page, and the price you pay is the one shown at checkout in our store.

9. Prices and payment

  • You buy licenses in our store. SellApp runs the checkout, and SellApp and the payment methods it offers there handle your payment and send you the purchase receipt. SellApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout and the payment. This site never sees your card, bank or payment account details.
  • The price shown at checkout in our store is the total price: it includes any taxes we must charge, and we add nothing on top. SellApp, your bank or the payment provider you choose may charge their own fees (for example for currency conversion or network fees), and you pay those.
  • The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout. When you complete the checkout, you place an order that you must pay for, and that is when the contract between you and us is made.
  • An order is paid once the payment is completed at checkout. If the payment is not completed, no redeem key or license is issued.

10. Delivery

  • Flux is delivered digitally. Right after your payment, the store gives you a redeem key. That is when your license is delivered: the redeem key is your license, whether or not you redeem it straight away.
  • You redeem the key in our Discord server (with /redeem or !licensekey redeem followed by the key) or with the redeem form in your dashboard. Your license is then linked to your account on this site, and your license key and a download appear in your dashboard.
  • Keep your redeem key private until you redeem it: anyone who has it can redeem it.
  • Your download is personal: your license key is built into the file, so there is nothing to type.
  • If you have not received your redeem key or your license within 24 hours of your purchase, contact us with the details from your purchase receipt.

11. Your right of withdrawal

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, Georgia or another country with a similar law, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from (cancel) a contract made online, without giving a reason. For a Flux license, the 14 days start on the day you place your order.
  • Before delivery. Your license is delivered right after your payment, when the store gives you your redeem key. Only if you have not received it yet can you withdraw within those 14 days. Tell us clearly that you withdraw, by email or in our Discord server. The details from your purchase receipt help us find your order. You can use the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy, but you do not have to. We confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal. We then cancel the order without delivering the license and pay you back within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another one.
  • Receipt. SellApp sends you a receipt for your purchase. Keep it: it is your record of the purchase.
  • After delivery. At checkout in our store, before you pay, you ask us to deliver your license immediately, and you confirm that you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered. Your right of withdrawal ends when the store gives you your redeem key, even if you have not redeemed it yet. Where the law also requires a confirmation of that consent on a durable medium, such as an email (for example in the EU), it ends at delivery once you have received that confirmation.

12. No refunds

  • Once you have paid and received your redeem key, all sales are final, even if you have not redeemed the key yet. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges, including when you change your mind, bought by mistake, stop playing, are banned from a server, cannot use Flux because your setup does not meet the system requirements in section 14 (for example another Minecraft version) or because of a conflict with another mod, or your license is revoked under these Terms.
  • The only exceptions are rights that mandatory consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded: withdrawing before your license is delivered (section 11) and, for example for EU consumers, remedies when Flux does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • Monthly licenses do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. The details are in our Refund Policy.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

  • If something is wrong with an order, contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly through support.
  • If you open a dispute, claim or chargeback with SellApp, your payment provider or your card issuer, they decide it under their own rules, not ours. We may give them your order, license and delivery records so that we can respond.
  • If you open a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may revoke the license and ban your account, unless the dispute is justified (for example, we did not deliver).
  • If a payment is reversed, we take back what it paid for: the license, the added days or the upgrade.

14. Compatibility, availability and updates

  • System requirements. Flux is made for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11. To use it you need:
    • Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11 (your own legitimate copy).
    • Fabric Loader and Fabric API for Minecraft 1.21.11.
    • Java 21.
    • A computer that runs Minecraft 1.21.11.
    • An internet connection when you first start Flux, and then at least once every 3 days, for the license check.
  • Check that your setup meets these requirements before you buy. We do not promise that Flux works on a setup that does not meet them, with other Minecraft versions, or together with every other mod, modpack or shader: other mods can conflict with Flux.
  • We may release updates that fix, improve or add to Flux. Updates cost you nothing extra. We decide whether and when Flux supports other Minecraft versions, and we do not promise support for future versions.
  • We change or remove an existing feature only for a valid reason: for security, to keep Flux working with Minecraft, Fabric or other mods, because a law, a court or a rights holder requires it, to follow the rules of Minecraft servers and their communities, or to stop cheating or other abuse.
  • If a change has more than a minor negative effect on your access to or use of Flux, we tell you by email in advance, to the address on your orders or account, what changes and when. You can then end your license as the law allows, and any other rights that mandatory consumer law gives you apply.
  • Flux needs our license server from time to time (section 5). We work to keep the site and the license server available, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, outages and problems at our providers can interrupt them.
  • We may stop offering Flux. If we do, we will announce it by email to the address on your orders or account, on this site and in our Discord server at least 60 days before Flux stops, and we stop selling new licenses from the announcement. If a law, a court or a rights holder (for example Mojang or Microsoft) forces us to stop sooner, we give as much notice as we can. When we stop offering and supporting Flux, Lifetime licenses end (section 8).

15. Minecraft, Mojang and server rules

  • Flux is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
  • You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition. You must follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement and the rules of every server you play on.
  • Flux is a visual mod, but some servers do not allow any mods or modified clients. We do not promise that any server allows Flux. It is your job to check each server's rules, and you are responsible for any ban, kick or other action that a server, Mojang or Microsoft takes against you.

16. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site or Flux in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights;
  • attack, overload, probe or scan the site or the license server, or try to get into accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to use;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated tools on the site, apart from Flux itself checking its license;
  • give false information, use someone else's payment account without permission, or commit fraud;
  • harass our staff or other users, including in our Discord server.

17. Referral program

  • Every account has a referral link. When someone you referred buys a license, you earn a commission at the rate shown in your dashboard. Someone counts as referred by you if they open your link and then create their account while the referral cookie is set. That cookie is optional, so it is only set if they accept it (see the Cookie Policy).
  • You do not earn commissions on your own purchases, on your other accounts, or on referrals we consider connected to you, for example from the same internet connection.
  • Commissions are held for a period shown in your dashboard before they can be paid out. We pay them by hand once your payable balance reaches our minimum payout.
  • A commission is cancelled if its order is refunded, disputed, charged back or reversed. If it was already paid out, we can subtract it from later payouts.
  • We may change the commission rate or these rules, block a referrer, cancel commissions earned through abuse or fraud, or end the program. Commissions that are already payable stay payable, unless they were earned through abuse or fraud.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

18. Intellectual property and feedback

  • Flux, this site, the Flux name and logo, and the content we create belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You only get the rights that these Terms expressly give you.
  • Some parts of Flux may be open-source software under their own licenses. Those licenses apply to those parts, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights they give you.
  • Pictures or other content you add to Flux yourself stay yours, and you must have the right to use them.
  • If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or naming you.

19. Disclaimer

  • To the extent permitted by law, Flux and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties other than those the law requires. We do not promise that Flux will be free of errors, uninterrupted, compatible with every setup or suitable for a particular purpose.
  • Mods can affect how stable the game is. Keep backups of your Minecraft worlds and settings.
  • This section does not limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including your rights when digital content does not match the contract.

20. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits, income, data, game progress or accounts, or for bans and other actions by Minecraft servers, Mojang, Microsoft or Discord.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims about the site, Flux and these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or under mandatory consumer rights.

21. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate us for losses, damages and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal costs) that arise because you broke these Terms, for example by sharing, reselling or cracking Flux. If you are a consumer, this applies only to loss you caused through your own fault.

22. Suspension and termination

  • We can suspend or revoke a license, and suspend or ban an account, if you break these Terms, in the cases and on the conditions described in section 13 (disputes, chargebacks and reversed payments), or if the law requires it.
  • If we reasonably suspect fraud, key sharing or other abuse, we may suspend the license and the account while we look into it, which we do without undue delay. If we find that you broke these Terms, we may then revoke the license and ban the account. If we do not, we lift the suspension.
  • Where it is reasonable and does not put security or an investigation at risk, we will tell you why.
  • To the extent permitted by law, you do not get a refund when a license is revoked under this section.
  • You can stop using Flux at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account ends its licenses, without a refund.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after the contract ends (for example sections 6, 12, 13 and 18 to 25) continue to apply.

23. Changes to these Terms and to prices

  • We may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to purchases made after it takes effect.
  • Each purchase is governed by the version that applied when you accepted it at checkout. We change the Terms for licenses you already have only for one of these reasons: a change in the law or a decision of a court or authority, security, a change to our payment methods, or a change to Flux that section 14 allows. We announce such a change by email to the address on your orders or account, and on this site, at least 30 days before it applies to existing licenses, unless the law requires it sooner. A change that is only in your favour can apply straight away.
  • If a change is to your disadvantage, you can stop using Flux before it applies, and any rights that mandatory law gives you apply. A change will not shorten a license you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices and plans at any time. A change does not affect orders that are already paid.

24. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, have jurisdiction.
  • If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in the courts there. Nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.
  • Before starting a formal claim, contact us and describe the problem, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. This does not apply where urgent relief is needed or where the law does not allow such a requirement.

25. General

  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of the internet, our hosting, Discord, SellApp or a payment provider, attacks, natural disasters, war or government action.
  • Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force. If you are not a consumer, the invalid part is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and Flux. If you are a consumer, this does not affect what the law treats as part of our contract, such as what we say about Flux on this site.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You cannot transfer your license, your account or your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to someone who takes over Flux, as long as your rights under these Terms are not reduced.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and it differs, the English version applies, unless the law requires otherwise.

26. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us through our Discord server.
